Curtis, Team ManagerCurtis is a member of the operations team and manages 15 agents
at the Movero Technology call center in Austin, Texas. Part of
his responsibilities includes the resolution of agents and client
questions, maintaining team metrics, and offering coaching to
agent calls and ticket quality. |
